“How do lockable diaper covers work?”

There are 2 different types of locking plastic-pants. One type has a chain built into the waistband of the plastic-pants that locks with a small luggage-style padlock behind the kiddo's or adult kiddo's back to prevent the kiddo from sliding the plastic-pants down from their waist & accessing their diapers. The other type has the same feature PLUS a secondary pair of padlocking chains that work the same way, with one built into each legband of the plastic-pants.
