X-mas Effect

It's not X-mas yet, but it'll be soon.
I spoke with some of you and I've been told that they are playing " Mass effect" remastered. This inspired me to do another purchase and now I am thinking about to spend  $60 in order to have that game - and I will not play it  - along with the others I've purchased ... and didn't play. So my question is :
Am I the only one who does that that - just collecting games that you don't play, but thinking about to play when you have the time - and you never have the time.
BTW - I do have GOG galaxy client with more games in there as well - like The Witcher /which I played while ago/... Am I getting older and boring ?
