[Suggestion Doodle] Call of the Blood Moon

Someone has been patiently awaiting a Red Merman~ (specifically a buff, pale one!), and so I thought for a bit, how can I best compliment those themes.... blood moon actually wasn't my first idea, but when it came to me I was fully sold on it XD
