Hello! I decided that its been awhile since I last got anonymous feedback on the channel, the server, the memberships, the content, etc etc, so I've cooked up a form for you guys to fill out if you want to! Of course you're answers will be anonymous, I just really want to make sure everyone is happy with me and my content and my output and just everything. Also keep in mind there's a lot of long form answer questions so just be prepared for that lol
