Combat System (WIP)

Hello, everyone! Today I want to talk to you about an important part of our game, which is not yet in the game itself, the combat system. Stock up on something edible, because there is a wall of text ahead of us. I'll tell you right away, there won't be exact numbers or technical descriptions, and I don't think you want it, do you? Let me tell you how it will work, I think it's much more interesting, and you'll see everything else in the game itself. First of all, you need to understand that what we are planning will be very different from what Camelot's used to have, the game will have three classes - a magician, a warrior and a rogue, and accordingly 3 characteristics: intelligence, strength, agility, each of the classes will have a main characteristic, but that's all pretty obvious. Seems very simple, no? But that's not all, there will also be such important characteristics as appearance and lust, which should make the game a bit more interesting, as you may have guessed, the fights will be tied to a lot of adult content, let's talk a little bit about these last two characteristics.

  • Appearance, simply the way the character looks, not that important during combat, but during the "special" tasks, it will be a very important attribute. 
  • Then comes lust, during the task the player will receive lust points, which when the maximum values are reached the player will need to "relieve", because he will not be able to perform the tasks, and I think you know what I'm talking about.

Each class will have its own talent branch, which will improve with the level increase. After all, how can thieves defeat someone with the "hard nipples" talent?

Okay, we have these characteristics and talents, but how will fights take place, who will be fighting whom?
Oddly enough, Arthur will eventually have companions, ahem, to be more precise, female companions, who will be the basis of the whole fighting thing. They are your personal combat units, who will do everything (or almost everything) you say. You will need to deal with organizational issues personally, choose the character, her equipment, her tasks and of course her training and skill improval. But you won't be able to do it nonsensically, every enemy besides the main characteristics also has lust, which means that during the battle, they will use dirty methods that will lead to the increase of the girl's lust, and consequently, what will happen if she gets too much lust? Right, she will lose her fighting ability and then suffer a defeat, which means that enemies can take her prisoner, or much worse, just use her body and throw her on the curb (heh, get rid of companions you don't like correctly). To prevent this from happening, you need to pay attention not only to the basic characteristics, but also to the lust, give her special items (toys) and in between fights, the girl can "lower" her level of lust, and that's where the toys come in play. And if your heroine was defeated and captured, you'll personally have to go after her in a rescue mission and break her out, it's better not to delay, who knows what they might be doing to her while you're sitting around (if finding out isn't your goal).

So, we've been talking about all the combat missions, where you have to kill someone, return something, or save someone, now let's talk about more interesting tasks. For combat tasks the player will get more experience, but not so much money, these mingy residents are not ready to part with their money for the extermination of perverted thieves, and equipment is expensive nowadays! And that's where peaceful tasks come in, these tasks are where we need the lust and appearance characteristics. The higher they are, the better our girl will perform. There will be many various tasks, a dancer in a tavern, a waitress, or straight out prostitution, but not all girls will be willing to do such things, and it's up to Arthur to convince them that this shining chestplate will be hers right after this small mission, and she will be able to return to killing villains and monsters, that this is all for a great purpose. 

So we have 2 types of missions, combat missions, which are necessary to advance in the story and of course improve our girls' skills, and peaceful missions with the help of which we will earn tons of money (and build an empire of military prostitutes). 

Let's sum up what we have here, a very interesting and very exciting system, where you will manage and guide sexy and unique girls to belligerent and not quite belligerent tasks which will have both their pros and cons, you'll have to think whether the girl should wear an armored bra or it won't save her from the robber-voyeurs anyway, whether she will cope with alone, or it is better to send another girl with her. We do not deny that in order to implement such a system we will have to work out butts off, but we are ready for the challenge, because only then we can make a truly exciting game that can plunge you into the atmosphere of the Middle Ages. Only with your help can we do it.
