Bringing back Goal availability

So, I had deleted the Teen Titans and the Spiders lesbian goals since we had met them but some of the newer members had requested they be added back since they missed them, so I have added those goals back in for us to reach again for the new members! 

Don't forget, I have also got the newer goals for us to reach (Daphne/Velma, and Sailor Scouts!) and when we reach 100 I have a HUGE goal set up to do DC sirens (poison Ivy, Cat Woman, and Harley Quinn, with a secret special guest)
