if any part of the process is causing you trouble, please send a mod-mail to the mod team! it should be pretty straightforward, but we'll help out wherever we can.
this is gonna help me make sure i can give the best quality vods possible, without you guys needing to do anything to fix them afterwards. i will still be deleting them after they've been available for a month, so make sure to download them for yourself if you want to keep them! thank you for your patience up until now <3 chatty love always
