As always delete old Mods Files and the localthumbcache, when updating my Mods!

E-Patch 1.105.345 was just a Hot Fix Patch, which did not affect my Mods. Only one Mod needed an Update:
RSM - Choose Leftover
EA fixed the UI Picker Issue that affected my Mod, so the temporary solution got removed, and the Picker Menu will show up again
