Fixed an Issue with “Bake Cupcakes” not showing when no “Simple Living” Lot Challenge is added, and an Issue with Cupcake Plates duplicating instead of grabing one Cupcake.

Update for better Support of the new Gender Preference System
Added “Better Hamper” Part, which includes the following Features: Hamper Capacity increased to 50 (default 20), Washing Clothes will empty all Hampers on the Lot and not only the one you clicked on.
“Auto Start Dry Wash Clothes” Part requires “Doing Laundry On Community Lots Costs Money” now.
