Fixed an Issue with the OLS Creativity Phone Interaction for Children not showing up. Update of Scripts to be able to get rid of almost all Object Tuning Files i used and to make the Mod more compatible with upcoming new Objects and CC Objects which have their own Object Tuning File. (Thx to frankk for all the script help!)

Sketchpads will now be put into the inventory again when claimed (The Sketchpad needs to be reclaimed for this to work for already claimed ones).
