To get a better feeling how fast/slow the Skill Progress is you can test a early Version below. Not all Skills are added yet (Kid Skills are missing too). 

You need to register for the system via PC/Tablet and it costs 150$. 

After that you are able to use the Learning System via PC, Tablet, Phone.

I set the progress a bit higher now.

Let me know if it is too slow or too fast!

Also let me know if you see Blank Interactions (in case you don't have all Packs)
