As always delete old Mods Files and the localthumbcache, when updating my Mods!

Added Romance Skill (Lovestruck), Parenting Skill (Parenthood) should now show up for Teens, when you have a Mod that enables the Skill for them, and when they have at least lvl 1 in the Parenting Skill.
