As always delete old Mods Files and the localthumbcache, when updating my Mods!

Fixed a potential Issue where the Home Lot was not loadable when travelling without the Foster Kids/Pets and them still being on the Home Lot.
All other Mods should still be compatible with the latest 1.108.335 Patch!
