I've been preparing my whole life for this. My body is ready!
The plan is simple - eat until I can't, and record the progress. The main goal is to hit 10,000 calories, which I've never (knowingly) done before, but I know I'm capable of it, and more! I'm extremely excited to find out how much I can really eat, and to see just how big and heavy my belly can swell in one day!
I'm going to start my morning with measurements, weight and 'before' photos. Then I'll cook and eat a big breakfast and get my house chores done. Then I'm leaving the house to get my first lunch, followed by grocery shopping, and then second lunch. By this time I should be feeling really full and groggy, so I'm going to put groceries away and then relax for a while and digest, maybe nap. I'll snack some in the afternoon until I cook first supper. Depending on how I feel and my calorie count at this time, I'll either relax and snack or relax and then have a second supper, followed by snacks until I can't fit anything else! I will take photos and videos periodically throughout the day and share them here with you.
The thought of potentially gaining literally pounds of weight in one day is so fucking hot. I can feel my new jeans getting tighter around my belly already in just the last few days I've been practicing. I think by tomorrow night I will struggle to button them!
