Catwoman's Derelict Sister

As a person who is the oldest of three siblings, I kinda consider myself the "yolo" one. My second youngest sister is a nurse, she's probably more like Catwoman: saving lives and such. I am Catwoman's derelict older sister: I just want to have fun and be creative, and step into the water at night in my boots.
