I dont know if it's the right platform to post stuff like this, but I feel the pressure to do it. Today I found out that my friend took his own life. The worst feeling was that he never reached out to anyone or knew he was holding his problem to himself. There is stupid agenda going around that men can't cry or cant share their emotions. We hold it for far too long and even the strongest break. He was my companion in my sports career, he was my training partner, he was good-looking and a fun guy. But unfortunatly now he is gone. If you have something bothering please reach out to your friends and family.
