Featuring Delirium (fat) and Devoid in the first pic. Pagan (fat), Devoid (squashed), and Siren in the second. 

With Delirium being Devoid's little brother and Pagan being his lover, they are both well aware of Devoid's absolute affinity for big bellies. So whenever Delirium or Pagan want something from Devoid, they tend to bump Devoid in the back with their belly to help ~sway~ his mind.
