Jill woke up cold and sweating. There was no light; everything was black. Jill blinked, and despite not being able to see, she knew she wasn't blind. A faint light, like a bulb, could be seen only a short distance away from her face. She couldn't be sure, but her head was resting on padding fabric.
Not that moving her head did anything. She felt the warm metal wrapped around her neck. A collar or massive lock keeps her neck in place.
Jill attempted to move her body, but she found despite being able to shake and wiggle her arms and legs were locked down. Jill felt her waist free to move soon her body began to make itself felt.
Jill's legs were spread upwards eagle style. Spead apart wide despite her pulling she wasn't getting them free. Despite not being able to see Jill could feel her crotch exposed and open to the world.
Jill went to move her hands but just like her neck, they were locked in position. Her elbows rested on a hard flat surface same as her back. She felt like her arss was on the end of a table just on the edge of falling.
This position was simple yet incredibly painful. She also knew it was a sex position just not for her. Jill slowly woke up and gained more control over her body. Jill struggled more and more after a while she stopped and waited.
Jill soon realised her head and hands were trapped inside something a box or padded containment pad. Jill could feel the cold air on her body so she understood her position somewhat.
Then the light came on, it almost blinded Jill the pain was enough to cause her to shake and twist her head. Eventually, her eyes adapted she was right. Her head was inside a padded box light blue fabric made it super bright. She looked directly up and could see the small glass Pannel behind it a camera watching her.
Then Jill felt a ball inside her mouth, in the dark she hadn't even noticed. She was wearing a ball gag the glass just about reflected it. Jill went to bite and after a short while realised they had locked it with a lock.
At this point, Jill’s body was in agony from her legs to back to her head. All Jill could do was wiggle and stretch her body to help reduce the pain. Jill screamed and yelled and nothing.
Hours passed and Then Jill felt a hand on her right leg. Fingers stroke up and down from someone standing where she was placed. Jill even looked over at the blue wall knowing something terrible was about to happen.

So, I have been wanting to make my own version of this for a while and after losing some hours at my day job I had 2 days to chill and modelled and textured the public service box.
I loved how it has turned out and thanks to Marbus1000 for his permission. It's a creative idea and all credit goes to Marbus1000.
So, I have more to render and more angles this was first done. I plan on posting the rest of my Tiers to Patreon when they are all done.
