This set has been a while in the making, requested by a very special patron of mine. I hope you will all enjoy it as much as we do!

  • 12 all new original meshes
  • includes sims 3 conversions by @keibea
  • Sims 4: bar height table REQUIRES Discover University EP | Sims 3: two versions of the table, default height is BGC, bar height REQUIRES Late Night EP
  • please mind the polycounts, a few items are very high in both games, recommended use only for photos. see attached polycounts lists for more details
  • NOTE: Please make sure you are downloading the correct files for your game version. The Sims 3 zip and files are indicated with "S3".
