Another announcement, specifically for $1 Patrons if you couldn't already tell.
If you're in the Discord, you'll know what this already about. To save the hassle I'm just gonna echo what I said there.
The $1 tier will start acting as a tip jar, mainly because of the way I am planning on doing future content moving forward. Since I'm not doing just a picture per post or sketch posts, but instead, doing FULL ON PACKS (or bundles, pick a word that tickles your fancy), this change feels appropriate for me to make.
Of course, it would make sense to just have ONE of the images be available for the dollar tier, especially since one will end up having to be uploaded publicly anyway for promotional reasons. However, since Patreon and commissions are my only source of income at the moment, I need to do what I can to make $5 more worthy of donation and feel more worth doing for me personally. I've realized this after finishing the recent OC packs, and after looking back on how much time went into the poll results. Even though the work process on all those did feel VERY satisfying, seeing them up on Patreon all finished felt very unfulfilling and made me reconsider how I wanna work from now on.
I apologize if this does inconvenience anyone who wanted more as a $1 patron, and I apologize overall for not delivering enough content to those who expect more from something behind a paywall of sorts, or overall seeming scummy from this announcement. I'm making these changes as a means to make my own time and effort feel more worth it to myself personally, and if that's not to your liking, so be it.
I'll be sending the current Character Poll rewards to $1 patrons once this is posted, since there was technically access to said content originally. If any updates are made to those rewards however, you will need to upgrade.
