Neolith Terrestrials, Avian and Aquatic concepts

Here's the first proper draw up of each base type of Neolith!

Terrestrial
-------------
- Live on land, typically in caves or burrows
- Can have forward-facing horns
- Covered in fur

Avian
-------------
- Can fly, live in nests
- Can have backwards-facing horns
- Wings on their arms and tail
- Covered in feather-like fur

Aquatic
------------
- Can survive underwater in sea caves
- Have softer horns
- Rubbery, scaly or otter-like fur
- Have fins on their arms and tail
