Animated Skydome for GTA III and VC

Something that always bothered me is the fact that GTA III and GTA VC never had a good skybox mod. So I decided to do my own mod for it. It might not be as advanced as "Real Skybox" for San Andreas, but it have animated clouds, the clouds changes the color acording with timecyc and keeps the original sun, moon and stars from the games.
note: To add more stars during night, I recomend the mod "StarrySkies" (you can find it on mixmods discord server).
