A short "I'm-so-sorry-comic"

Hello friends, 

You've already heard that I've been struggling a bit with tendonitis this month, but unfortunately it didn't stop there and about a week later I had a bad MS flare-up. The attack affected my left leg and my left arm, both were completely numb and I could hardly walk. I don't know if it was stress or if I just overdid it, but my body just didn't want to function anymore.
The doctors put me on 1000mg of cortisone for three days and even though it has improved the symptoms of MS (somewhat), the rest of my body feels like it has been poisoned. Everything hurts. 

I'm not a fan of whining here, but as my supporters and patrons, you deserve to know what's going on when you don't hear from me for a while. You deserve to know that I'm not willfully neglecting my art or something.

So far, I have shied away from being open with my illness, but I realize that I need to do that so that I don't give the wrong image. I hope you still have some understanding and patience for me.
I work hard but sometimes my body just doesn't do what I want it to do :')
