HAPPY NEW YEAR! Thank you all for another amazing year when I look back at myself when I first started In the winter of 2019 I would have never thought this insecure skinny 19 year old boy would ever be able to gain any weight but it was because of you guys I was able to blow up and finally feel confident in myself although some days I struggle with it you guys have always pulled me together and made me feel better about gaining weight and it’s so much fun !! In 2022 I definitely want to achieve my muscle bull belly body goals so cheers to tons more eating lifting and pumping 😉 Stay safe , Stay warm and take care!!
