Finally, we have the option to charge Patrons on their renewal date!
I know there's been a lot of confusion and frustration with the old way of charging Patrons. But that is a thing of the past.
This does NOT affect Current Patrons. This ONLY applies to NEW Patrons.
For New Patrons:
New Patrons are charged on the day you join, and then monthly on that same date. For example, if you join on the 10th, you’ll be charged on that day, and then monthly on the 10th.
All patrons who joined before the switch to subscription billing continue to be charged on the 1st of each month.
