Links for downloads are sent out ONCE a day. Please keep this in mind when subscribing.
Moving forward we are dropping the browser based version of HTH from our website. You'll have the archive, so you don't need to be online to play anymore after this, so YAY!
Included in the HTH Flash Archive .zip:
I've also included a link for Adobe Flash Player for anyone who doesn't have it.
Here's an overview of the ReadMe file, though it's recommended that you check that out before playing:
1: Save and Load functionality has been restored to the download build across the archive. Everything from character data to settings to inventory has been overhauled.
2: Character builder base archive - While nowhere near complete, we are still going in this direction for the Character Creators eventual integration into unity.
3: Improved visuals/performance. Almost 0 load times on the testing computer and our oldest machine at the studio.
4: Many restored visual effects. Water splashed, sweat, come, heat-rays, fireflies All the stuff that NEVER WORKED RIGHT on the website. LOL!
5: Scene Optimization: Most scenes will feature the latest GUI design overhaul with regards to speed controls and camera controls.
6: HD Map Overhaul - The World map navigation, load structure and visual fidelity have been re-rendered in and re-coded for improved performance and ease of use.
7: Edge scrolling with the & keyboard navigation is coming back.
8: New Sound mix/ Ambient sounds to many areas.*
9: Many Unheard voice tracks
10: The Villa is fully functional again!
11. Felicity could not be saved. The plan is to try and patch her back in, otherwise she will be in Unity.
* Additional ambient sounds will be added in a patch. Several Scenes are planned to have updated sound in an additional patch. The High Tail Hall Flash Archive Final Patch is currently in development for later.
Remember this is an archive. DO NOT report bugs. This is the final stage of the flash version since adobe's pulled the plug on their products. This was a hellish nightmare to finalize and there are things that I could not save in the archive. If something is missing or broken, know that it will go into the Unity version.
Thank you all for your continued support! We hope you enjoy!
