Current Status: Logins, Build Access and More

As our  third week goes by with the store down, there's a lot going on behind  the scenes and now is as good a time as any for an update.

What's still broken?

  • Logins -- Both store and website logins are merging, causing delays. The merge is so that gold members keep their membership status.
    • Problem: Some gold members can log in, some cant.
    • Problem:  Users report apparent access to zip file hth0.1b immediately on sign  up. Links appearance is an error. The link was placed for testing and  does not work. NOTE: This page is what you will see upon successfully  purchasing a gold subscription in the future.
      • Temp  Solution: Don't bother creating an account or loging in for now. If you  are a patron you can access the Unity download on our Discord.
  • Store  -- Our payment processor is not processing payments and we're working  with them to see what the issue is. Unfortunately progress will be slow  over the weekend because many businesses are low staffed/close  early/closed.
    • Problem: Some members are seeing a 'phantom' account as their own from our tester account.
      • Temp Solution: Don't bother checking your account right now. You can't make purchases or activate keys at this time.

What's the Status of Keys?

  • Coupon codes are replacing the Key system. Keys that have not been input into the website qualify for a code replacement.
    • Problem:  The store is how we create coupon codes. Until the store is functioning  I can't issue codes. Once it's possible, I will give details on how to  get a replacement code for your key.
      • Future Solution: Once the  store is operational, all gold members will get a coupon code that will  cover the entire time our website has been in transition. *Patreon  members will get a code that covers the downtime and the current month  sent to their message box.
