UPDATE: BACK END ISSUES FIXED. PLEASE DISREGARD.
We have internet! I can access the back end. The problem is when I went to set the filters for sending out links, the tab closes before I can set a date range and doesn't apply the filters or save them when I reopen. I've sent a ticket to the helpdesk.
I can send links out to anyone who purchases within this week, but if you need a link and didn't get it, if you canceled before this router fiasco, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE THROUGH PATREON so I can send you links.
