After a while of frequently dining out and occasionally indulging in desserts, fried foods, and caramel macchiatos for several months,there wasn't much difference in my physique, but my health suffered greatly.

I experienced more negative emotions, worsened sleep quality, dull skin, decreased focus, a heightened susceptibility to colds, and decreased willpower...

When I deeply realized the impact of an unhealthy diet,I began to be more selective in my food choices, striving to choose healthier options.

And I experienced the rewards of consuming good food.On the second day of making healthier choices, I immediately felt a change in my sleep quality and a significant increase in positive emotions.

My work efficiency also improved greatly.When faced with unfavorable situations, my emotions remained relatively calm,allowing me to have the capacity to contemplate how to handle them,rather than simply striving to *face them without any emotional response*.
