My course primarily focuses on teaching students about their posture in daily life, as there is a significant correlation between body shape and posture. However, the body should naturally coordinate and exert force. When the muscles in the body are imbalanced, it becomes impossible to generate the correct amount of force.
Many people nowadays may feel that they are putting in a lot of effort in their workouts but not achieving the expected results. The reason is often because when their own physical fitness is poor, the effect of someone else (who has good physical fitness) training once is equivalent to your training ten times.
I oppose the idea that there must be pain in order to gain. Instead, I believe that choosing efficient and effective efforts is the correct approach.
