New adventure video, and this one is extra special. I traveled to Mérida, Yucatán, a beautiful city full of culture, color, and… cenotes. If you’ve never heard of them, cenotes are natural sinkholes filled with crystal-clear water — and they’re absolutely magical.

This was my second time in Mérida, but the first since I started practicing freediving. It completely changed the way I experienced the cenotes. The silence underwater, the challenge of depth, and the stillness of the surroundings made it unforgettable.

🌊 We also:

  • Explored Mérida’s center by bike

  • Ate amazing Yucatecan food

  • Visited museums

  • Swam in private cenotes (some literally in people's backyards!)

  • Slept in traditional hammocks, just like the locals do

This trip taught me so much — about myself, about fear, and about freedom. There’s something deeply liberating about being in nature, without clothes, facing the unknown depths of the earth.
