Lately, I’ve been starting my mornings with cold showers — and I’ve gotta say, it’s a total game-changer. Not just for the body, but for the mind.
Here’s why I love them (and why you might too):
1. Instant Wake-Up Call
Forget coffee (okay, don’t completely forget it 😅), a cold shower wakes you up like nothing else. You feel ALIVE.
2. Mental Toughness
Choosing discomfort first thing in the morning builds discipline. It's a little “win” before the day even starts. You train your mind to do hard things — and that ripples into everything else.
3. Mood Boost + Energy
Cold exposure releases dopamine and adrenaline. It’s natural, legal, and makes you feel unstoppable. Perfect if you need that extra push for the day ahead.
4. Better Circulation & Recovery
Your body reacts by improving circulation and speeding up muscle recovery. Great if you’ve been working out — or just want to feel more refreshed overall.

If you’ve never tried it, start slow: 30 seconds at the end of your normal shower. Then gradually build up.
