Daily Paint #3

Wow did I struggle with this one. It ended up taking way longer than originally intended and over a couple days, but the bulk of it was still done within a day so...I guess that's fine enough. And sleeping on it (almost literally! My iPad sits next to my bed for sleepy sounds) helped me figure out what was actually wrong so I could fix it quickly the next day.

Just goes to show how important it is to get a new perspective, zoom out, or even just take a break entirely to clearly see the issue. When we get bogged down in the nitty-gritty of something over a long period, we become desensitized to it.

P.S. This one goes out to Bewitch, who enlightened me to the existence of Blushing Phantom Butterflies. My life is that much more enriched knowing that such creatures exist.
