Please read the entire page, I know It's boring but please read the entire thing so you know what to do it would be a huge help.

I owe so much in taxes, far too much, so I'm opening comms and I will be taking them and finishing them in batches. 

If you don't get picked in this batch, I will likely be opening them up again in the extremely near future after I finish the ones I accept this time.
