🔹 Just some updates:
► last week just working and gym haha finishing sets, some touches and...trying to get back to gym after 2 weeks porly haha
I'm feeling way more strong, even losing weight bc the travel... and that's why I started a new diet, with a different nutricionist! He wants me to gain some pounds again (just in the right places haha), and here we go!
I'm excited, but honestly, let's see haha
For me is WAY more easy to lost weight, than get... and I just want things to go natural, you know? So, I'm trying my best, and eating more haha
► Also, last week some family visited me without asking me ahhahah WHICH IS kinda difficult ahha cuz... yeap I need to shoot and work and okay haha
But, I survived and delivered all the rewards on the 3rd!
► I started to workout with other girls, and boys! Which is great! Last month I was feeling down bc bodydysmorphia... and those people are helping me to show how strong I am and how I can do more and more! It's cool to have something not work related, BUT STILL something that I can show for you ahha gains and etc!
► Next week I'll be posting the rewards, and updates! I prepared big content for you and this feeling of doing my best, is what makes me continue! Thnak you for the support, here, in the messages!
► Level max will be about quality, soon and... er0! For this month, I truly need you to message me if you want to stay or upgrade for max! Cuz yeap~~ rules are rules for those who wants to see me more free haha
► Regarding the travel, I'll talk more after this week! Now, we need to focus in the new sets AHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm truly happy with them!
