Yesterday was about some work done and then going to my tattoo artist, so Ton could try to finish his tattoo ahha, I didn't get any new one this time, cuz I'm saving $$$ due family stuff (funeral, and.. some other things I need to help them), but It was cool to enjoy the time there!
Today I went to my nutritionist and sooo happy I had great results, a little bit more muscles (700g), waist still the same, which is great, more glutes, more quads, lats, now the hard part is continuing with the same gains as before (since I'm only in my diet and training), but I try to do my best! Even if I'm not noticing the gains everyday.
Alsooo, I'm preparing a list of future cosplays to organize myself, so I'm accepting ideas, but probably I'll do some pools or so soon here!! <3
