Changes to the tier system

Hello everyone, Im thinking of streamlining everything into the point system.

Basically moving the patron discounts to the point system. Will effect those in the higher tier lists, for which I'll compensate by lowering the pledge amount

What this means is you can use points as commission discounts  as well as commissions

let me know any comments and concerns
