Mai-Li: Then & Now 2024

It's been nearly 6 years since i first started drawing, and my original character Mai-Li has been through a few changes as time has passed, some more subtle than others! I still make small adjustments to her even to this day.

I felt now was a good time to revist a previous drawing and remake the pose.

What do you guys think about the evolution of her design over the years? Personally my biggest priority was getting her face just how I wanted it. Her eyes have become sharper and more fierce. Combine that was the shading from her hair, and it gives her a really piercing glare.
