Early Access - Chapter Nine

Hey peeps,

Here's next weeks video.  It's VERY short, unfortunately.  But since I'm trying to ease my way back into things - I don't think it would've been a good idea to try and throw Chapter Ten in with this one as well.  Especially since Chapter Ten is quite a big one.

In other news - Decided to give DC Universe Online another go.  Played it years ago on PS3 but fairly casually so I never really made it that far through the endgame Tiers and shiz.  And since then... it seems to have been taken over by some company called Daybreak and... it's kinda completely changed.  

There's still weekly and daily quests but also it seems like you can just queue up for Solo instances as many times as you want and gear up fairly easily (No loot locks}.  So that's cool.  It's F2P (although like most F2P MMOs... it's better if you pay).  If you've not checked that out and you're bored... it's on Steam.  You can be either a Hero or a Villain.  Although I'm sure the power sets you get to choose from are a bit limited and shit in the free version.

Also - Critical Role's animated series starts on Friday.  On Amazon Prime.  I'm kinda excited for that.  You can tell they're all really proud of what they've created and I have a feeling it's gonna be very good.  My new goal is to basically just interact with that 'clicque' in any way, at all.  Lol.  Not because I want to pursue a career in VO work or anything like that.  They just seem like cool people.  Not sure I have the skillz tho.  I've only ever played like... one sitting of DnD and I don't think I'd add anything of value tbh.  Defo not gonna be able to pull a Joe Manganiello, blow everyone's minds and make my way into actual DnD canon lol.

I dunno why I just list things in these posts lol.  Also it's Tuesday.  And also It's January.  But hey!  I guess today is officially the day that I'm back from my little Burn-out Break so... that's a thing.   Now we can move forward and see what 2022 has in store.  Or something.

Thanks, as always, for your support folks.  See ya in the next Early Access post!  And possibly another Podcast type thing next week as well.  Is it February next week?  Ah whatevs - either next week or the week after I'll do a podcast thing.   We can talk about how everyone lost their shit and blew Michele Morrow's tweet way out of proportion.  And how Michele Morrow is now being a little bit hostile towards Ian Bates (Red Shirt Guy) because I don't think she realises he's got Aspergers and that he's not actually acting in bad faith.  And how I really wanna intervene and inform her of that but I'm scared that might be a bit inappropriate and presumptuous of me.
