Early Access - Chapter Five

Hey peeps,

So here's the next one - Another 10+ min video.  And quite a lot happens too.  What's the universe equivalent of 'Globe-trotty'?  Space-trotty?  Plus there's a bit of something for everyone - Romance.  Action.  Bit of suspense.  Comedy.  And it's educational.

Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to take a bit of a break at this point.  I've made quite a lot of videos over the past couple of weeks (for my channel and for Hiru) and as a result... I'm quite tired and I just don't think the Chapter Six video is gonna be ready in time.  It's another quite big, quite complicated chapter and I just wanna make sure I'm happy with it without worrying about a 'deadline' so to speak.

I have made a little talky video which I can always share with you guys as 'Early Access' later on in the week.  That will probably go up on the weekend / next week on the channel.  I basically just ramble in it (cos I didn't write a script) and make a few jokes but, in essence, I'm just saying there's gonna be a delay.  And that I should stop drunk tweeting.

Ideally, I would have liked to have done a few more chapters before taking a break (cos I know the series has only been going for 3 weeks by the time this goes up) but... I suppose I should just take breaks when it feels right, really.  I don't think anyone can accuse me of being 'lazy'.  I mean... look at any YT channel that does longer (proper) Machinimas.  They're either only releasing maybe 1 or 2 a month... or they have several hired editors so they can produce multiple videos faster.   They're not just one guy trying to squeeze out an animated chapter of a book every 3 or 4 days.

Anywho - Hope you had a good Easter weekend.  I did manage to see a friend of mine on Friday evening for the first time in months which was nice.  I've been following lockdown rules very strictly so I genuinely haven't seen certain people for bloody ages and... even as introverted as I am... I still look forward to the day I can socialise and shiz.
