Hello,
So that was a nice week off. I think I would have been a bit stressed out and overwhelmed if I'd tried to balance Shadowlands launch with uploading vids to a schedule and shiz.
Mainly because you're not quite sure yet how to manage your time with dailies and weekly's. Hell it took me probably 4 or 5 days to figure out what even was daily / weekly. But by the end of the week I felt like I was just playing for the sake of it after about an hour of logging in. I was even mount farming yesterday. Not new ones. Old ones from like Classic... and BC... and WotLK.
But I did manage to get my 810 Soul Ash, my item level up to about 156, i've tried every dungeon, done all my callings, earned about 130k gold just from herbs and disenchanting shiz. What else? Oh yeah... I feel like i've neglected the Maw somewhat but I've still managed to buy the first two permanent Torghast upgrades from that broker lady so I guess i'm not that far behind.
All in all... there's a lot of stuff. lol. Only time will tell if it starts to feel a bit like busy work as we progress through the expansion. There's no doubt gonna be catch up mechanics anyway so there's not actually any reason to force yourself to do every single daily and weekly available. Especially Anima hoarding. You just know they're gonna increase the reward amount cos some of those sanctum upgrades are like 15k. And the items we get that convert to anima are like... 35. lol. And the mission table ones are like 5 anima each. For a mission that takes between 4 and 10 hours. 5 anima. WTF is that?!
I would've thought that we'd have full renown (and therefore full access to all conduit slots) before the raid launches. But that's only like... a week away. If we're only gaining 3 renown levels a week... then it's gonna take like 3 months to unlock everything. Seems a bit odd.
Anywho - Thanks for letting me take the week. That was much appreciated. And also thanks, as always, for your support. Now let's get back to work, shall we? See ya in the next Early Access post!
