Hello,
Here's the next one; all finished and stuff.
Most likely the last video of the year. I doubt there's gonna be enough time to finish the final Legion part with all the holiday disruption. There's still quite a bit of story left from that expansion so it'll be a long video anyway.
I'm gonna do a bit of 'goal-setting' before winding down for Christmas though. Got a few in mind already:
Tidy up the channel (I think I'm going to have to just unlist all of the old episodes of completed series. 400+ videos is probably quite overwhelming to people just finding the channel now)
Streamline my process (I haven't figure this one out yet. But I really need to think long and hard about it. I need to find a way to pump videos out faster. In an ideal world, I'd hire an editor. But I don't think that's possible due to the size of the channel. So the likelihood is... I'm gonna have to scale something down / back. Because I am just one bloke and I can't keep 'nolife-ing' it for much longer)
Learn and Develop (Tbh the thing I enjoy most out of all of the things is the voice acting. I want to put some serious effort into pursuing that further in 2025. And by all accounts; the first step towards that when you have absolutely no idea how to get involved with that industry is Acting Classes. So I will likely sign up for some in the new year. If i can gain a bit of acting knowledge as well as some business and marketing acumen... that'll bring me one step closer to achieving something there)
Connections (As much as I often feel like I'm banging my head against a wall; I will continue to attempt to build connections within the WoW space online. lol. Seriously; it feels like I've been shadowbanned on Bluesky. I am getting 0 interaction on that platform. And I mean interaction. I couldn't give two shits about 'engagement'. But yeah - I'll be at that LFG Meetup thing in May so hopefully that'll be a fun social experience and not just me feeling like the sad loner loser kid in a school dinner hall)
So that's where I'm at currently. Certainly looking forward to getting started on the Voice Acting journey... thing.
I will probably do another post between Christmas and New Year. A sort of 2024 channel in review thingy. But, obviously, Thank you very much to all of you for the support. It is absolutely, massively appreciated. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season without all of the stress and stuff that comes with being an adult at Christmas (lol). Drive safe. Have fun.
