A pregnancy progression where the rest of Pony's body grows to support her giant belly!
She outgrew the grocery store (where a full cart = a week's groceries) and upgraded to the bulk grocery warehouse (where a full cart = the day's lunch).

(Next two images are parts 1 and 2 for easy viewing, since I drew them quiet a while ago. Last image is another concept I had for part 3.)
