We're halfway through November so that's probably my cue to give y'all my October project round-up! Here's the stuff I made and did in the best of the fall months.
Yes, I included this in my September round-up, but teeechnically I actually finished Space Camp in October so WOO-HOO, LUCKY YOU, I'm sharin' it again! My sample chapter from my memoir about going through the mental hospital is complete! Non-patrons can purchase the completed 29 page chapter and the entire 162 page rough draft for a one-time $5 payment.
As a comic artist-- one who specializes in sex education and autobiographical stories- I was honestly confused when two scientists approached me to design functional clothing for pregnant people to wear on Mars. Never one to let my lack of experience or knowledge hold me back from getting involved, obviously I said YES. Check out how my sketches were turned into actual pants that were modeled in a fashion show at MIT! Did I mention they're pants designed to collect and store urine? Because they are. Apparently you're gunna need that on Mars.
Major Life Update Alert: I harvested my beets (and one turnip)! I made this video so you could feel like you were there too.
Stay tuned in two more weeks when I'll send out a round-up about all the shit I got up to this month!
See you then!
xoxox,
Erika
