W2H2 Rough Animation 14

 Hey guys!

I was really hoping to have that cleaned up sequence  done so I could post it this time around, but unfortunately I got hung  up on the backgrounds.  The thought of just slapping on some  "placeholder" BGs felt like a waste of energy, so I started really  trying to figure out what the backgrounds should look like (with the  help of my roommate!), and working on those.  I'll include the progress  on those in the $1 tier post so you can see where I'm at, 'cause I had a  lot of fun trying to figure out what Jonathan's room should be like!   Anyway, maybe I'll post that later in the month if I can bust it out  before the next big post.  But the cleanup and color on the characters for this sequence is all done!!!  

I've been in a slight funk, lately,  which I might detail in another post.  But the short version of it is  that the thought of organization and production on W2H2 is very daunting  and mentally exhausting to me, whereas waking up every morning and just  ANIMATING is easy and cathartic, 'cause I can just shut my brain off  and create.  The "running a project" aspect and bringing other people on  board would certainly help things along, but I keep burying my head in  the actual animation, 'cause that's where I'm comfortable.  Anyway, I've  just been grappling with those thoughts a bit lately and maybe it  wouldn't be a bad idea to post about it.  We'll see.  IN ANY EVENT, I am  still making progress, and I'm not experiencing burnout, so I'm all  good on that front!  I'm still passionate about what I'm doing, I just  feel like I don't have the energy or money to drag anyone else into this  madness right now, haha.
