Tom the Fishman

Another One Piece dad that gets my jimmies rustlin'! This is Tom the Fishman, surrogate father of Franky and Iceburg. He's a shipbuilder and a good dude. Quick to laugh, good with his hands, incredibly strong and round as fuck! He's based loosely on a cowfish in terms of coloration and design elements (horns/ striping. I've been getting back into OP lately thanks to One Pace, a version of the anime which removes all filler (a godsend) and remembered I haven't lewded up good Tom here before. :)
