EDIT 3/29: Man, I've been in such a weird art-funk lately! I'm still chipping away at the comic (no dice on the Bugs comic, I'm doing the Summer Beach one instead), but I'm having some serious trouble getting the panels to look how I want. At least once I'm done with the characters, the backgrounds shouldn't be too rough - indoors areas are always harder to draw, but the beach is just SEA and SAND!

Earlier, I started drawing a legs-up pose with Mona to match my previous Veronica drawing, but the more of her I drew, I was like: "...why does this pose with Mona feel so familiar?".

In Mona's defense, "laying on her back with her legs in the air" is a pose she often finds herself in throughout the day; second only to "snugly squishing onto a patients pelvis until there's no pelvis left to squish".

So, change of plans: I figure it's time to try my hand at doing that Flare Pants art trend. But, if I'm gonna draw form-fitting, booty-enhancing pants, it only seemed right to slap 'em onto the biggest butt we've got - it's Monika's time to shine! Have some blueberry donut to brighten up your Monday 💙
