Animation Idea - Feedback Requested

I have tuition coming up next week (I'm on a student visa again, so I absolutely HAVE to pay it. It's been a major point of stress and I'm really in a bind at the moment.) I've been racking my brain for some ideas to meet it. I'm considering opening Animation YCH once I knock out a few more back comms. 

I'd like some feedback on this idea before I go all in on it. Above is an art board I made for the idea, and below are the storyboards.  The animation would run about 20-25 seconds. Any gender/species. Clothes would be limited to pants and a shirt, but they can be any color. Underwear design can be chosen as can the diaper at the end. The size of the diaper is stationary though.)

The animation will be colored and cell shaded and the precise layout may vary a bit from the art board above. If reception is good, I will finish a clean base animation for people to see and to trace over before opening slots. I would plan to open 4 slots and I currently plan to set the price at $800 per slot.  Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. Either on the pricing or the animation itself.
