Saline infusion advert question.. *updated with time/place*

So i've been posting details about the saline infusion wherever I can. I've posted on BE reddit, progressive growth reddit, BEarchive, and TheProcess Forum... Is there anywhere else I should be posting about this? I'd like to have a good turnout but i'm not horribly tied into many of the communities out there, so any suggestions would be appreciated!
