Recently, one of our old collaboration models from our model swap with Bulkamancer was mistakenly uploaded to Cults3D. As many of you know, the general rules for model swaps state that these models are for personal use only—if someone wants the model, they should purchase it directly from the creator.

Unfortunately, this model was inside an old archive folder, and when our team was tasked with uploading models from that folder, it was accidentally included. Since the team member handling the upload wasn’t around during that collaboration. He mistakenly thought it was also a part of Chuya Factory.

As soon as we became aware of the mistake, we took immediate action and removed the model.

The owner of Bulkamancer reached out to us directly, and we explained the situation to them. They understood that it was not intentional, and the matter was resolved.

That said, we’ve noticed some assumptions being spread in different community servers. If you ever see these types of comments elsewhere, know that we are always open to discussing things in our own community with transparency and grace.

After everything we’ve built with Chuya Factory, it would make no sense for us to knowingly violate the trust of our community and collaborators. We value integrity and respect our partnerships, and this was simply human error, nothing more.

I truly appreciate those who took the time to ask for clarification instead of jumping to conclusions. Open communication is always the best way forward, and I encourage anyone with concerns to reach out directly.
